Hello,

If your being asked  to enter in a code to an e-mail that is not working anymore then please follow the instructions below or visit this site here.

I can’t access any of my proofs

If all of your security proofs (phone numbers, emails, trusted PCs) are outdated or wrong, you can request to have all the proofs removed from your account and enter new proofs. Follow these steps to reset all the security proofs for your Microsoft account:

  1. Go to Remove all security info and sign in with your Microsoft account.
  2. Click Remove all.
  3. Enter new, valid proofs. These proofs will automatically be added to your account once the old proofs are removed.

Hassassinade, I also have an email that is not working anymore, and i have requested to delete the address from my account.  But when i go to the Remove security info page, it says

"This info will be deleted from your account on 12/12/2012, unless you cancel the deletion.

(Invalid email address here)"

But this will happen AFTER I want my auto renewal canceled, as my auto renewal is set to happen on  Sunday, December 02, 2012.

To change my auto renewal status, I need to enter the code that is sent to that invalid email address. But can't do it, so I can't change my account renewal status before it gets renewed.  What do I do?

MeteoricDragon, you're stepping on a thread from another user. Forums work best to solve problems if each user opens up their own thread to describe their problems.

That being said, go to http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:0:0and Request a Call from an Xbox Support agent, they will turn off the autorewal. That's for the US.  Substitute AU for Oz, CA pour la belle Canada, GB for the UK, NZ for Enzedds und ZA vier Suid-Afrika.

Hey EmergentMoth29! If you do have an issue, please create your own thread in this forum detailing your inquiry. Since this thread is quite a few months old, I'm going to go ahead and lock it! :)
