Problema con codigo de resident evil operation raccon city

Lo que pasa es que compre el resident operation raccoon city edicion especial y trae un codigo, al ingresarlo al xbox dice Hay un problema con la oferta asociada a este código. y no se que debo hacer! debo esperar? o llamo a xbox o que onda?

Al parecer a otros usuarios tienen el mismo problema, y esto se debe a que los códigos solo están disponibles para canjear en cuentas Americanas y se podrán utilizar en otras cuentas de diferente region hasta la otra semana.
