Power Supply or my Console?

Hello,

I have the older model 360 and I am having trouble getting it to turn on. I checked the brick and the light was red. So I followed the steps on another post and none of them worked. Then after that I took my room mates xbox (also an older model) and plugged it in to that. The light turned green and it powered up. I'm thinking this is more of an issue with my xbox than my power supply but I wanted to see if anyone else had the same issue. Any info would be great, thanks!

Okay, if you tried all the steps in the post and another Xbox 360 console is powering up with your power supply, you'll need to repair or replace the console. You can check your warranty status and set up a repair here.
