Não consigo jogar amistoso online com meu amigo fifa 15, toda vez que eu convido ele ou ele me convida aparece a imagen carregando e cai a conexão "seu adiversario abandonou a partida"

Removam ambos os perfis dos console, desliguem o console pressionando o botão frontal durante 15 seg. Retirem o cabo de alimentação do console durante 5 min. Em seguida, voltem a ligar o console, entrem com a conta e tentem novamente, deve resolver
