ITS DRIVING ME MAAAD

I CAN'T ACCESS Upgrade/Manage Account

I keep getting an error

It's driving me nuts and it has been like this for weeks, I want to turn off auto renew if it's even on. A

Also I get an error when I do it directly from the xbox 80****** something error dont remember.

It is preventing me from buying xbox live subscription even lool bad for business microsoft fix it please.

As Cokney says just call them up 0800 587 1102 the website has numerous problems so phoning is the way ahead

I had this when trying to remove my card details. I was using Firefox. First try clearing your cookies. If that doesnt work then use IE.

I did it not 10 minutes ago, so the service is definitely working. The whole Account page has changed too, so just try that from the My Xbox drop-down at the top instead of that link you posted...
