Halo Reach Banned from earning credits HELP!!!

I received a message (over 12 hours ago) stating that my consol was banned from earning credits in Halo Reach. I have not received any messages from Bungie explaining why I was banned or for how long I was banned. I was wondering if the Policy Enforcement Team would be able to help get me the answers or point me in the right direction so I can get the answers.

Being a game specific banning, the only ones who can help you are Bungie. The PET won't have any answers.

Will the PET know how to contact Bungie so I can figure out how long this ban is in place for and what I did to get the ban?

You will want to contact Bungie yourself (I recommend their forums), as the PET has no involvement in these bans whatsoever.

I have a problem with Halo Reach also Ive been getting the same message twice in a row at once.... and its popped up 4 different times.. since about 11pm last night I am very ,mad and I dont understand how I have a 12+ ban when people leave games and get a 10min ban...
