Gamer Profile on USB becomes Corrupt when I put it in my other 360 or my friends.

Both of my consoles have the latest updates my friends hasn't got the latest Dash update yet but for some reason whenever I try use my Gamertag on my Memory stick on another console not including the one I recovered it from it just says corrupt...

Sounds like you're going to have to do a recover of the gamertag itself.  Delete the profile only and then recover it.  Be aware though because you have a high GS, it may take a while to recover the tag.

If this happens when you put your card into your friends xbox it is most likely that it is a banned console. That would be the reason why he doesn't have the current dash update.
