Age restriction problem?

Okay so I'm having a problem with age restrictions on the xbox one. I made my live account on the 360 awhile ago. I was stupid and put my real age. My parents don't care what games I play so I made a parent account and just unrestricted everything. Then comes the xbox one. That's years later and I've never had to do anything with the parent account since I made it, so I forgot the password. I could just reset it but I forgot the email password too. I've been having to miss out on the halo 5 beta and now maybe the black ops 3 beta too when the games are made for people my age. I'm 15. You don't see many adults on these games. Is there anything I can do to unrestrict my account from downloading mature content? Thanks.

No there is no way to unrestrict your account till you turn 18

Once entered an age of an account cannot be changed

Betas are unaffected by parents nor parental settings

Are infact controlled by your local government

Due to international laws that control advertisimg betas and demos and trailerz that is.m rated or not rated child accounrs cannot play or view them
