I have run the application successfully at least a year.  Now IT change the app to new server, then error showed up:

application or computer (machine.config) must have the

jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.

The application must also be compiled with debugging

enabled.

·         Have you made any changes on the computer prior to the issue?

 

Follow the suggestions listed below and check if the issue still persists:

 

Method 1:

 

Step 1: Try booting the computer in safe mode and check if the issue still persists, refer the below link to boot to safe mode.

Step 2: I would suggest you to perform clean boot from safe mode and check if the issue still persists.

If the issue does not persist you may continue with step 2 from the above link.

 

Make sure you reset the computer to normal mode after the troubleshooting completes. Refer the section “Steps to configure Windows to use a Normal startup state”

 

Method 2: I would also suggest you to scan your computer with Microsoft Safety Scanner, which would help us to get rid of viruses, spyware, and other malicious software.
