I am wondering if there are plans or thoughts on allowing user to install Windows 8 over Android Tablet??

if you want this, you can purchase a windows 8 RT tablet.
windows 8 RT operating system license is not sold at retail stores.
it is bundled with the tablet by the manufacturer.

It's run on Nvidia Tegra Processor..not exactly ARM nor Intel..would it still be possible??
Tegra is an ARM processor, and the version of Windows 8 available for purchase will not run on ARM processors.

Microsoft has explicitly stated that Win RT software WILL NOT be available in any way other than pre-installed by an OEM on their hardware.
So unless MS changes its mind in the future (unlikely I suspect), the answer to your question is "No!"

TREVOR! At last a real person rather than the 'automated responses'. Thank you! Now, my next question is 'why not?' I, and I'm sure millions of others, would pay money for ARM based windows RT software (are you listening automated systems?) and break things...

My guess is there is more testing to be done before a installable version may be released! if at all!!!
I've been using Windows 8, but would like to use it on my tablet without having to buy more hardware. I'm certainly not junking my perfectly good existing tablet hardware to grace some undesired landfill!
Hopefully MS is listening :)
