simply put you do not have a windows 8 computer. you have a windows 7 computer with an attempted activation exploit (hack). your windows 8 install is counterfeit.
no one is going to support a counterfeit product.
the only fix is to purchase and install genuine windows.
edit: neither Lenovo nor Microsoft had anything to do with this installation.

perhaps you should have another discussion with Lenovo support. you have the facts of your install now. with the serial number of your computer etc they should be able to tell you when it was manufactured, what os it was shipped with etc.
I can assure it did not leave the factory this way.
