How can I remove "Show how to open this file" from the shell menu?

For some reason, the option "Show how to open this file" exists in my shell menu.

When clicked, it opens a Chrome window (assuming because it's my default browser) linking to this page:

http://www.softango.com/extensions/exe?source=fs&cid=3966



This is my father's computer, and I'm assuming he downloaded some shady software that caused this.

I checked what is installed via Default Programs --> Programs and Features, and removed anything suspicious.

Additionally, I ran a full scan using Avira Antivirus Premium, as well as Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, neither of which found anything.



I downloaded ShellExView to see if I could find the offending extension/file, but couldn't find anything with an overtly suspicious name. 

I would rather not individually disable each extension, especially considering I'm sure many of them are necessary for Windows to function.



Anyone have any ideas? ShellExView has an option to output an HTML report, which I have uploaded here:

Anyone have an idea what it might be? Is there a list anywhere of the standard Windows extensions, so I can avoid them and disable the others?
