Internet Connection Sharing: "Bluetooth Network Connection" doesn't appear in "Home Networking Connection" list

Hello.

Having Windows 7, i want to share Wi-Fi networking connection with Bluetooth through PAN (Personal Area Network).

When there are multiple connections besides Bluetooth having opened "Share" tab, i see these connections in "Home Networking Connection" list, but there are no Bluetooth. Next, when there are no connections besides Bluetooth which can i share with, there's no "Share" tab.

Hardware: notebook Samsung NB30:

  • Broadcom BCM2070 Bluetooth 3.0 + HS USB Device with PAN driver ("Bluetooth device (Personal Area Network)") supplied by Samsung: Microsoft, ver. 6.1.7600.16385, 21.06.2006
As i guess, there should be way to somehow add "Bluetooth Network Connection" to some list of connections which can be internet shared with.

Also, when i tried to fix this issue manually, other questions have raised:

  • There's really no Thoubleshooting guide for Windows 7 Internet Connection Sharing? I see such document on "Microsoft Support" site for Windows 98SE, Windows XP - but no Vista and 7.
  • When i'm stuck at system administration at GUI, there is good decision to acieve a target with CLI. Having searched for Internet Connection Sharing setup through command line, i see no guides for this - only something likehttp://forums.devshed.com/windows-help-34/enabling-ics-under-command-line-89499.html . Is there really no way to set up ICS through command line and i'm forced to use complex GUIs?

So, please help me to solve BT PAN ICS issue. But if you answer other questions, it will also be interesting to read.
