Other users received this error after turning off data collection service for diagnostic purposes. Review your settings. Go to Settings > Privacy > Feedback & diagnostics. Make sure it is set to Full, On, and Automatically recommended. Also, try tweaking
your registry setting a little. Follow these steps:
- Press Windows key + R to launch Run.
- Type regeditand press
Enter.
- Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DataCollection.
- Change or add dword AllowTelemetry value to 3.
- Restart your device and check if it made a difference.
