Asus G750JH Blue screen Driver_Power_State_Failure

I just got this Asus G750JH-DB71 and am having the blue screen shutdown with error noted as Driver_Power_State_Failure.

I think it may be related to the Raid drivers or possibly a usb serial adapter

I have windows 8.1 pro installed and need some help please!

Thanks in advance!

Thanks!

Both of the attached DMP files are of the DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f) bug check.

This bug check indicates that the driver is in an inconsistent or invalid power state.

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\AiCharger.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for AiCharger.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for AiCharger.sys
Probably caused by : UsbHub3.sys

AiCharger.sys is the Asus Charger Driver which is infamous for causing BSOD's. Uninstall the software ASAP.

If we run an !irp on the 4th parameter of the bug check (blocked IRP address):

^^ Keyspan USB Serial Adapter

If you're still having issues after removing AiCharger, I'd recommend physically removing the serial adapter.
