Outlook Web App - where to sign in?

After getting yet another phone and trying to use my email (Outlook) on it, I receive the following message from Microsoft Outlook via mail:

"You have 4 phone partnerships out of the maximum allowed 4 partnerships. After you reach the maximum, you can't create additional partnerships until you delete existing ones from your account. To do so, sign in to Outlook Web App, click Options > Phone > Mobile Phones, and delete any unused partnerships."

Now, that all makes sense, but where do I sign in to Outlook Web App? Googling it takes me to this site https://mail.rwth-aachen.de/owa/auth/logon.aspx?replaceCurrent=1&reason=2&url=https%3a%2f%2fmail.rwth-aachen.de%2fowa%2f where I cannot log in with the details I have.

Can someone shred some light on this?

I tried to call Microsoft Customer Service, but after 2 hours on the phone still no solution...

Hi NadiaIngwar,

Thanks for your private message.

I have checked your account and found that you’re not using Office 365 for Business Online services.

Generally, there are two types of Outlook Web Apps, one in the cloud side, another in the Exchange on-premises side. Based on my personal experience, you may use an Exchange on-premises account and there are some configurations you should take from the on-premises side Outlook Web App as the mail you provided above said. Since our forum focuses on Office 365 for Business Online services, it’s recommended you contact your Exchange on-premises administrators for assistance.

Also, we have a dedicated Exchange on-premises forum. If you have any concerns about on-premises configurations, you can seek help there.

Regards,
Aaron
