Build 14959 facebook and youtube videos not playing

When I use Microsoft edge and go on youtube the first video will play but not show unless I refresh the page.  Don't have this problem with Google Chrome.

I tried internet explorer and I don't have the youtube problem but I have the facebook issue.

Facebook videos will start playing but stop before about 7 seconds. This happens will every browser.

That's the only problem I see so far since I got the build 2 days ago.

Not just on the Insider Preview either. Both my wife's Zenbook and my Vivobook have the same problem and they are both running the anniversary update of the 14393 build.
