Surface Pen not writing after Version 1903

I updatet my Surface Book to Windows 10 version 1903 two days ago and since the my Surface Pen is not writing anymore.

I downloaded and installed the Surface Update SurfaceBook_Win10_18362_1902000_0 still not working.

I unpaired the Pen and paired it again still not working.

i changed the battery, still not working.

i restarted the pen, still not working.

funny detail, the button is working fine.

I'm running out of options here, does anyone have an idea for a possible solution.
