Turn off forwarding for a meeting, Missing Allow forwarding option in 1902 and 1906, and 1907 on monthly

We can't select the option to disable forwarding options for meetings, its not there in 1902 or 1906 versions.  How do we get that added?  I tried the full online repair and it updated to 1907, but still not there.  Thanks for help in advance!!!

This is a Microsoft Exhange account.  The feature is not there on 1902 or 1906.  I ran a full online repair on 1906 and it upgraded to 1907.  Feature is still not there in Outlook.   I can't find the option in OWA either.

If this was a valid reply you could just type the procedure so I didn't have to waste a phone call.  But I've been told that MS doesn't put their support number in this posts.  Nice try though.

Hi Tom,

Can you confirm if the option to turn off forwarding for a meeting was present in the previous version of your Outlook app? Can you also verify if you’re using an Office 365 subscription on your end? Are you working on an organizational type of environment managed by an IT Admin?

In the meantime, you may check this article for further information on how to prevent forwarding of a meeting which is an available feature for Office 365 users.

Not sure if it was present in previous versions.  We are checking with exchange team now.  No one here has that option in Outlook even though we have the correct versions of Outlook.  Checking server side now.

Thanks for your response. If your organization is using Office 365, the option should be available. You may update us as soon as you’re done checking the server side at your end. Just to confirm, are you currently working with your IT team with this concern?

This has been resolved.  It is available for those that have migrated to o365, but not those on the exchange server.
