suggestion to clear the entire browser history (cache, cookies, browsing history, etc. for all dates) as instructed in the Lifewire article
How to Clear Your History in Popular Web Browsers solved Roxanne's problem, but there are links to other possible solutions in that thread if that doesn't work for you.
