outgoing emails from Outlook boucing back with spam error

Hi - I cannot seem to send emails from Office Outlook using my hotmail account - I get the following return message:

Remote Server returned '550 5.7.520 Message blocked because it contains content identified as spam. AS(4567)'

However if I log onto Outlook.com using a browser I can send without any problems

Any ideas hot to resolve this?

User Impact: Users may have been unable send and receive emails through Outlook.com.

More info: Impact appears to have only impacted users using the desktop client for Outlook.com.

Final status: We've identified that recently introduced AntiSpam rules weren't performing as expected, marking some legitimate emails as spam. We've reverted the impacting rules and confirmed that impact has been remediated.
