Why am I not able to delete photos in Skype?

I wish to delete photos from Skype. Please provide me with the instructions to do so.

Please follow these instructions, note that you can delete photos/files sent by you:

Right-click on the photo/file> select remove.

I have received photos and videos which I no longer care to keep on Skype. I can find no way to remove them. There is no delete option. I can find no way to delete or remove them. What should I do?

Unfortunately, you can delete pictures/files sent by you.

The files sent by others, can't be removed; only the author.

Why am I not able to remove any item that I desire? What are you people thinking? The ability to delete should be universal  and incontrovertible! Do you understand? Tell your Microsoft bosses to shape up or ship out.

I have requested the needed information to address my desire to remove certain photos and videos sent to me. Thus far, I have gotten well crafted replies which do not answer my question. Again, I desire to remove photos and videos sent to me. Is that an overly difficult request? I want Skype to provide me, and I imagine others, the means to simply remove any photos and videos deemed objectionable, or just plain boring.  Okay?  Got it? 

  Come on big boys!  You surely can handle this request in a fashion which satisfies my request. And don't tell me that you can't do it!

I am not sure at this point in time who I sent  my request to. I don't see that it matters, but for some reason it is to you and my answer is still not forthcoming!  Can you please simply provide me with a means to delete unwanted photos and videos sent to me? Please do not tell me that Skype does not allow this, as  they most certainly should. I can't imagine for a moment that I am the first to request this. Thank you for your continued interest.
