The Elder Scrolls 3 - Morrowind

Heya,

I've tried and tried to get this game to work on my Xbox 360 Slim but it's having none of it. The Xbox recognises it's Morrowind, but when I select to play the game it loads briefly then tells me the game cannot load, and to go to xbox.com/support. It doesn't offer me the choice of installing the game either.

I've tried to update my console 3 ways - by testing the network, by USB drive and by DVDRW. When I put the DVD in it just gives me the option to eject the tray and the Xbox is insisting my flash drive is empty even though it isn't!

Any ideas? I was really looking forward to playing this game :(

What kind of hard drive are you using? Is it official?

Sorry I should add that the CD is not scratched or damaged  :)
