Strange billing from Microsoft

I just updated my credit card information on xbox.com and then I purchased latest free game for gold members. Just after that I got strange billing from Microsoft. My bank account says "MSFT BILLING" has charged me for 1€. Any ideas why Microsoft charged me for one euro?

That's a verification charge. With some cards they charge a small amount to it to verify the account. It's usually refunded within 24-72 hours.

My grandson used my credit card recently to buy a game for $19.99.  He advised he removed my card number after the purchase however I am now getting charges that I haven't approved.   They come in as Microsoft*bill.m.net.msa  first on 2/23 for $49.99 then 2/23 for $59.99 then 2/24 for $9.99, 2/24 for $19.99, 3/9 for $59.99 and 3/9 $59.99.  Please explain what these are, do we now have a Trojan horse bug in the system or what.  I need a response from Microsoft regarding these charges so I can refuse them to my credit card company.

Please don't bump old thread. You will need to contact support directly in order to speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada. Also, you should expect the account you're posting on to be banned at some point for having a modded avatar.
