They are ruining my matches by
1) freezing me and my friends
2) turn my screen black
3)freezes my xbox
and after they camp in our games
pls ban and pls tace more care of the smackdown server pls

oh soory i did that also but its useless no one plays fairly on smackdown vs raw
i did file complaint man but they dont care of the non glitchers

Reports can take time to action, they need to be investigated by the XBLPET (Xbox Police) and that way innocent people do not get banned for doing nothing wrong. Because people will sometimes file a false complaint.
What I usually do if I find people who don't play fair is go to their profile and set them as an avoided player. At least that way you do not get dropped into a match with them again.
