I just got a new HDD, decided to simply redownload items I wanted and not simply copy my old stuff. Now I'm getting that error "800700E8", how does it get solved? Or does it ever?

To clarify, you are getting this when you access your Download History or when you try to download something from it? Are you able to download new content at all?

Similar situation (New HD), and I get the same message. To be more specific: My download history includes the key for exporting my Lego Rock Band songs. I re-downloaded the key, then tried to go into the in-game store to choose the "Export Doanload". I then choose "Purchase", which starts the bring up the download/pay screen, but instead pops up the "Xbox LIVE Marketplace error: "There's a problem with Xbox LIVE Marketplace. Please try again later. Status code 800700E8"

While I'm not entirely sure what the error means, I'm confused why you are selecting to "purchase" something after redownloading it from your history. Are there instructions for exporting your tracks? Are you following them exactly?
