Freezing when i start campaign

My Resident evil 6 (Xbox one) freeze and close automatically when i start the campaign mode

I reinstalled already a couple of times and even the freezing keeps holding on the same point every time

Even after a hard reset the game still freeze on the same point

Im having the same problem when i try to play coop xbox live. If i play single player its fine.im getting really mad....

Oh, man. I thought I was the only one. I can't find any fixes or solutions to this online. it seems like a small percentage of players are having this issue. I'm *** though. it's 2016, and i paid $20 for a game i already own on 360 and it doesnt work.

same issue as well single player works but co-op crashes my game...
