there is a marketplace error in certain parts of europe and they said they are trying to work on it to get it back to normal as qick as they can which at the moment is not quick enough

It's not just Europe. I am getting this as well and I'm in Florida. Trying to purchase Pinball FX2 (full game) and I'm getting this exact same error code. I cleared out my marketplace cache (as instructed elsewhere here) and now I'm not seeing anything in the "A-to-Z" games listings.
