Can't Play Ascension or Call of the Dead

Cannot play Ascension or Call of the Dead - "Error - Downloadable Content Has Changed" ...before people start giving the same damn troubleshooting steps, I have spent the last three hours clearing my cache of Black Ops DLC (First Strike and Escalation) and Title Updates and re-downloading them in every possible order, restarting my console, and trying a different copy of Black Ops. I called Microsoft Support on the slim chance they would help, spoke to a guy named Warren who's system was down (THEN WHY THE HELL DID YOU PICK UP THE PHONE TO HELP A CUSTOMER?).

Its a god damn shame there are no laws regarding getting your money back for downloadable digital media. Thanks for the help Microsoft...not.

Does it give you any sort of error code?

Yea as soon as my friend downloaded the call of the dead map i went into zombies to play my ascension map and it was no longer there.  tried redownloading and deleting all of my cod things but nothing works.... i want my money back or to be able to play it again
