Cant download Black ops Map Pack 3

I download the map pack and when it gets to 99% downloaded at the bottom of the screen it pops up can't download content. I have downloaded map pack 1 and 2 for Black Ops also MW2 pack 1 and 2 and all 3 WaW maps and they all worked fine. This one just wont work. Plz help!

if you live in the same region as your account then wait

someone posted on the net saying they are treyach worker and its because too many people downloading

however if you do not live in an actual xbox live region or your region of your account doesn't match your actual region then you cannot get the mappack

I have the same issue.

It gets to 99% then I get, "Can't Download Annihilation [EN]"

My account is Canadian.

Disk: Canadian (English)

Map Pack: Canada

XBox360Slim: Canada.

reset your router and modem by powering off and waiting 5mins (if it is a voip gateway then contact your isp for instructions)

this usually resolves it

also try these steps
