can i license transfer dlc from a united states account to the united kingdom xbox 360

i am trting to do it right now but it is not working am not to sure if its because of the region difference can someone please help me

1) What do any of the tags you listed below have to do with your current issue? That is not how you use the tag system.

 

2) Nothing can be transferred from one account to another including; gamer score, Live time, ms points, download content and certain game saves. The latter can only be done if the Game Developer allowed it within their game and even then the ability to earn achievements from that game save are automatically disabled.

 

3) If you live in the UK and would like UK content then you will need to create a UK account.

black ops so the issue is you need to create a UK account buy a PAL/uk disc

and have the correct xbox then you can download UK blackops mappacks

license transfer doesn't work on REGION LOCKED CONTENT

you can however use the content online as long as its the purchasing console

 

i hope you didnt have someone in the states buy it for you cause that work around as you can see doesn't work

the only solution is to create a new account
