Bonus code problem

Hey everyone , i bought L.A. NOIRE and it came with a code for a bonus case .
i put the code in the stuff , checked it 3 times and after 2% of the download they say : Download Failed
i put the code again , and they say that my code isn't availabl !

you can only use a code once then it is consumed

delete the file and clear system cache then retry and download it
