Al prestar tus datos a familiares u otros usuarios estas arriesgando la seguridad de tu cuenta y se pueden sucitar detalles como el que presentas, la consola principal sólo se puede usar 3 veces por año si no la tienes disponible pues a esperar un año y no volver a prestar tu cuenta.

hola primero realiza lo siguiente para que remueva el acceso de tu cuenta de otras consolas

Si ya no tienes acceso a la consola Xbox One donde guardaste tu cuenta Microsoft, no podrás quitar la cuenta de forma remota. Sin embargo, puedes cambiar la contraseña y con ello deshabilitarás tu cuenta Microsoft en la otra consola. Estos son los pasos:

1. En un navegador, ve a la página Mi cuenta.
2. Si es necesario, inicia sesión en tu cuenta Microsoft.
3. Selecciona Seguridad y privacidad.
4. Selecciona Cambiar contraseña y sigue los pasos que te indiquen.
5. despuees inicia sesion en tu cuenta de microsoft y ve a dispositivos selecciona cualquier dispositivo que desconozcas y elimina el acceso a tu cuenta

si localizas una consola que no sea la tuya asegurate de hacer click en mas acciones y selecciona este no es mi xbox principal y elimina el dispositivo.
