everytime i put in halo wars my xbox makes a really loud noise but when i put any other games in my xbox makes a normal noise why is that.
also i bought halo wars off of amazon.com

Did you install the game to HDD?
Different games tax the optical drive in different ways. Gears of War and Halo 3 were especially loud, as I recall. Install to HDD and see if it quiets down.

I have the same issue but it is nothing to be worried about i have had this happening to me for a year and none of my discs are messed up.

@Inferior Yeah but think of the wear and tear damage you are doing to your drive lazer. IT will burn out eventually
