NAT settings help.

Hello, I have played Xbox Live for a while now and recently I have been having some NAT issues.
In matchmaking, it always says that my NAT settings are moderate. When I open my router settings,
the UPnP is enabled and I was confused. So I turned the UPnP off then back on again. I reset my Xbox
and now I have an open NAT. However the problem that I am having is that it goes back to moderate NAT
for an uknown reason. It seems to go back to moderate after I turn off my Xbox  for a couple of hours and
then return to it. Can anyone help me?

If you are wireless can you also state whether you are using the white or black external adapter or the Xbox 360S Internal adapter
