Point blank...how do I make my avatar a picture from my computer? Ex.a picture of myself I have already tried to get it off my flashdrive..but I have no idea how to transfer it from the console to become my avatar. I also tried to do the internet on xbox...also a failure...HELP?

You can't. Gamer pictures can only be pictures of your avatar, pictures bought from the marketplace, or pictures taken from the Xbox Live Vision Camera.

FYI pictures taken from the xbox camera will ONLY be seen by those on your friends list nobody else will see it.
