I was wondering why I cant post in forum 14

What exactly is the error you are getting. It is normal for a post not to appear straight away and sometimes it wont appear at all as they'll send the reason to the email address linked to the account.

Indeed. it's a moderated forum. That means your posts need to be approved to be shown. :)
