Yesterday someone hacked my account and i called microsoft and they locked my credit card and xbox live account so noone could access them. All yesterday it showed that my account "dBluRxD" was offline and had all my info and bio. Then today when i got on my second xbox live account it said my "dBluRxD" account was online and my bia and info was all gone and all that was on there was a location. It says "Hong Kong SAR" I looked that up and SAR means Special Administrative Region. I have no idea what this means but also when i look later today now it says offline and shows nothing but Hong Kong SAR. My friends list will not show up. I sent microsoft a email buy no response yet. Im just wondering if thats normal for a locked xbox live account. It seems wierd that everything is gone except that new location "Hong Kong SAR" Please Help!!!

Try calling Xbox Support: (800) 469-9269
After that's done with, make sure to change your Windows Live ID and password.

Ask them to open an Unauthorised Access Claim, but your account will be locked for investigation for upto 30 days.

You weren't 'hacked'. You were compromised. One takes skill, the other does not. Might I also add that if you didn't cheat/mod you wouldn't have to worry about this type of problem happening to you. Millions of legit gamers have used Live for years without a single compromise to their account.

Do as suggested above and be patient. While you are waiting for MS to complete their investigation you should take the time to read the following:
Enforcement Policy Change on Infections/Modding
It should also be noted that when an account is permanently banned from XBL everything associated with it is considered forfeit and is non-refundable including; gamer score, game saves, ms points, Live time and download content. All of that is gone forever.
