Freezing Xbox

What did those step by step ways tell you to do? Have you ever tried installing the game to the harddisc and playing it from HDD?

Did you do what was suggested in My console freezes Error.

yes i allready tried that it dint work and im Working of a SCART it freezes on every game almost and my black ops also gives a weird error server script compile error bad token while i buyed a Hardend edetion of it

Does it freeze only when you are sign in. Try a different profile or just sign out and try playing it. also you could try Turning off the console. Taking out the hard drive. then turning it back on and try starting a game without the hard drive inserted. if that works then you have a defective HDD. If the profile thing works, Try deleting your PROFILE ONLY ***(not profile and items)*** and recovering it from Xbox live

When did you get the Black Ops update?  I havent played Ops in over a week, (before the update) logged in today, got update, and my xbox hasnt been the same since.  Freezed twice in game, one during map load, another setting up a party.  Never at load up, and deffinitely havent seen that error you say your getting.  Also had many times in game when the Xbox completely restarts itself.  Been using the box constantly, outside of game play, (netflix and espn mostly) and havent had any problems till i did that update today.

Sounds like Call of Duty Black ops released a screwy update.... You could always delete the update in memory...

i fixxed it i opend up my Xbox Cleand it from Dust Cleand my CD good and it worked good
