Does Microsoft suspend people for sending death threats?

Just file a complaint on the user for Text Message and appropriate action will be taken.

I have done this alot of times and nothing has been done. They still keep joining my party's and talking more smack.

File a complaint against them, then Block Communications with them so that they cannot send you messages.

Then mute them if they are joining your party chat.

Block communications with them and set them to be avoided.  Don't send them any messages after you block them or you will unblock them.  You can also set your console communication preferences to friends only, then no horrible people will ever be able to threaten you again.

Also be aware that no matter what these people say to you, if you didn't pass on any personal information, there is no way the world they will ever find out where you live.

If they are following you around then you should set your online status to FRIENDS ONLY via the ONLINE SAFETY SETTINGS on the console. Then adjust your voice/text settings as suggested above.

Enforcement action on XBL is not instant. Just like with real life crimes it takes time to investigate, gather evidence and take action. So long as you FILE A COMPLAINT they will be punished.

Death threats. These two ppl are Threatening to Freeze my account hack my social security and my credit cards through a proxy server because im a stupid mexican? Im getten pissed off

Laugh heartily at their threats. If they could've hacked your social security and credit cards they would've done it on the quiet instead of giving you fair warning and time to possibly alert the authorities.

@ Xceedros, you are going to be hacked. The only way somebody can take your account is if you give them personal information. That is called phishing. You are fine, just avoid the players, block communications and file complaints on them.
