He said he need my Xbox Live email and my password. Of course i didn't give it to him but I swear I knew him before his other account got "hacked'. He had a American accent. But now on his new account he has a thick Indian accent. I think he is trying to steal other peoples accounts. I want to report him for that. I dont know how. Help me?

The only thing you can do is report the player using the console tools. There is no way to report someone via the forums or site as it is against the rules to 'name and shame' other users. You will also want to go ahead and block, mute and avoid the user which will prevent any further communication and make it very less likely you will be placed in online gameplay with him again.
