Accidentally unplugged my xbox slim 4gb model

My xbox is plugged to some kind of no break, I turned the no break off so I could clean the xbox on/off button, but when I did this the xbox turned on for a short period of time and then turned off again, even though the no break was off, my question is, does this cause any kind of damage to the hardware?

I think you should be fine. When you turned the console back on, did you notice any issues?

Well, it's happened three times actually, but no, any at all, and I think it's just normal that it happens cause the ac adapter saves some energy after it's unplugged, right?

That's correct, it has some capacitors to smooth out the electrical flow and keep the sensitive electronics in the Xbox 360 happy. :) I'd say as long as you don't make a habit of it, you should be good to go. :)
