8007-EE2 error code trying to download update

Hello all. Yes, I have tried to download the recent update with NO success. I have downloaded to a USB, a CD, I have cleared my cache. An update to live service SHOULD NOT be this difficult. This is a GAMING console. Gaming should be FUN and NOT a pain in the update! If you can help by making things work the way they are intended to, that would be peachy!

HI there! I'm assuming the update error code you mean is 8007-2EE2, correct? If so, that indicates there is an issue with your network preventing the update from installing. How is your console connected to your network? Do you have a firewall enabled? Is a direct connection via ethernet cable from console to modem possible, just for the purpose of the update?
