What is Xbox Game Pass?
Xbox Game Pass is a new content-based gaming subscription allowing you free, unlimited access to a large rotational catalog of games to play while your subscription is active.
How to Participate:
1. Launch the Xbox Insider Hub.
2. Navigate to Insider content > Xbox Game Pass.
3. On the Info page, select Join or Show in store.
4. Claim your free Xbox Game Pass subscription, and start playing games!
NOTE: If the Xbox Game Pass Preview Alpha Store page fails to load, you may need to hard reset your console (launch the Guide, navigate to Settings, and select Restart console).
You’ll also find new a Quest and Survey in the Xbox Insider Hub after joining the Xbox Game Pass Alpha Preview.

Q: Can I extend my Xbox Game Pass in Preview?
A: Yes, the Alpha Preview currently allows users to extend the Preview subscription for up to three years. However, all active Preview subscriptions will be terminated before Xbox Game Pass is released to the public, later this Spring 2017.
Q: Can I share Xbox Game Pass like Xbox Live Gold?
A: Xbox Game Pass follows the same Home Sharing rights as the Xbox Live Gold subscription and individual base games. In short, if a home user has an active Game Pass subscription, or if an active Game Pass subscriber is logged into the machine, all other logged in profiles can enjoy Game Pass as well.
