I installed the game Aggression reign over Europe but I can not play

I bought a game Aggression Reign Over Europe I have OS Windows 7. The game can be played with Windows XP/Vista. I installed the game on my computer but when I am trying to open and play it is showing me that for the first time I have to run as an administrator. I did it but it is not working yet. what can you offer me to do? thank you

a. After you ran the game as Administrator and checked do you get any error message now?

As this game is not listed in Windows 7 compatiblity center, you may try to run this gane in compatibility mode and check but this may or may not work.
