Original Titile: Change email settings
New to Windows 8. Want to change the settings on an email account to see more than the last two weeks emails.
Have tried going into charms , account and clicking on the account I wish to alter settings on, the result is I go straight to the start screen, any ideas ?

It looks that you would like to view the emails which are more than two weeks old.
Please provide the following information.
1) Are you referring to the Mail App?
2) Do you get any error message when you are guided to the start screen?
If you are referring to the Mail App then please follow the steps given here to view email more than two weeks old.
a) Open Mail App. Press Windows Key +
C key.
b) Click on Settings. Click Accounts. Click on your account name which appears there.
c) Select “The last 2 Weeks” from the third box from top (Download email from).
d) Wait for few seconds and you can see all the mail from last 2 weeks.
In case if you are referring to any other mail browser then please provide us the more information so that we can assist you better.
