File history restore file problem - cannot restore external drive's backup folders and files

I use Windows 8 File History to back up my files in "Libraries" to an external Western Digital backup drive.
My computer is a Dell Precision T3400 workstation with a quad core processor and 2GB RAM.
Under "Libraries > Pictures", I have two folders.  They are "My Pictures" and "Archive Pictures".
"My Pictures" contains picture folders and files stored in my internal C: drive.
"Archive Pictures" contain archived picture folders and files stored in my external USB Seagate hard drive H: .
A couple of days ago my external Seagate hard drive partition turned from NTFS to RAW.  I can no longer access the drive.
I got a new external USB hard drive.  I want to restore the picture folders and files in the File History "Libraries > Pictures > Archive Pictures" into this new external USB hard drive.  
When I clicked on "Restore Personal Files" in File History, it only showed the backup folders and files of "My Pictures", i.e., files from my C drive labeled as "Home".  It did not show the backup folders and files of "Archive Pictures".
I used File Explorer to look into the Western Digital backup drive.  In the "Data" folder of FileHistory, I can see an image of backup Seagate hard drive H: in a folder "H" with all the backup folders and 3 versions of files.  
I don't know why File History's "Restore Personal File" did not see this folder "H" and did not show the H: drive's folders and files.
Can you show me the instructions on how to restore from File History all the "Archive Pictures" folders and files that were originally in the external USB Seagate hard drive?

The new drive is now set as H:.  File History still cannot restore the backup pictures from the folder H in File History.

Fortunately I was able to use a data recovery software, MiniTool Power Data Recovery, to recover 99.9% of the pictures from the bad external drive.  I copied all the recovered pictures into the new drive.
