how do i change my microsoft account on my windows 8 laptop?

i recently up-graded to windows 8 and when i was setting up my account i accidentally put in an old Microsoft account that i do not use anymore. im wondering how can i change my account info on my laptop so i can update it an use my more recent Microsoft account.

this mistake has prevented me from using most of the features on windows 8 features like:
smart glass
music center
movie center

any other feature that requires  me to sign into my Microsoft account.
please can someone help me?

Answer

I would recommend using the Control Panel so you can manage your accounts the same way as it's been since Windows XP.  To get to Control Panel, a quick shortcut is to press Windows+X and choose Control Panel from the shortcut menu you see.
