Windows 8 VPN Internet Connection Sharing

I was setting up a VPN connection in Windows 8.  After creating the connection, I went to the Properties and tried to enable sharing, but I am getting the following error message: 

The user name and password for the connection were not saved for user by all users.  As a result, Internet Connection Sharing can only dial this connection when you are logged on.  To enable automatic dialing, save your user name and password in the Connect dialog.

The problem with the error message is that the connection dialog no longer exists in Windows 8.  The only thing that you get when you start to connect is the bar sliding out from the right and there is no option in the bar to save the connection for all users.

Is there another place where I can save the credentials for all users?
