Windows 7 guest OS not booting in Hyper-V for Windows 8

Windows 7 guest OS virtual machine restarts in an infinite cyclic way even before VM's BIOS flashing. I have tried repairing the guest OS installation in WinPE and also used a different ISO image for installing the same guest OS on another Virtual machine, both the measures had no effect. This error/glitch is still present.
